What areas do you service?

We cover a radius of 35-40 miles around High Springs, Florida.  We service  Alachua, Newberry, Bronson, Lake City, Chiefland and more.   If you are out of our area, please give us a call to determine the travel fee.

Question 2

How much space is needed for the Gaming trailer

Accepted Answer

We need 50-55ft, for both the truck and trailer.  We prefer to not unhook the trailer from the truck.   The space should be flat and level.   We provide stability jacks on the trailer to make it comfortable inside.

How many people can play at once?

With 5 consoles, some multi-player games allow up to 4 players each.

Is Food or drinks allowed in the lounge?

No, we request that no food or drinks are allowed in the lounge.   Trash cans will be provided at the entrance.

What games do you offer?

We have access to the complete Xbox Game Pass collection of games, as well as Playstation Plus.   In the check out form, we ask that you list any particular games you want us to load, and if there are any age ratings you want us to follow.

Do you offer online games?

Our trailer is equipped multiple sources for Internet service  Both 5G and Starlink.   In some areas, with less than good coverage, we can plug into your router with our 300ft cable, and utilize your internet service.   Do to some of these conditions,  Online play is not guaranteed.

What is the cost?

The cost depends on the package you select and the amount of time you want us there for the event.

Packages start at $399.00 (plus tax)  for two hours. Additional hours are $125 each and will need to be booked in advance,  unless there is time available between our events that day.

Booking is a first come, first serve process.  We request a $100 deposit to secure your date on the calendar, and the balance is due 24 hours before the event.   For events that are booked less than a week away, payment is due in full.

Question 8

What is your set up like on the day of the event?

We prefer to get there 30 minutes before your start time, so we can park the truck and trailer,  get powered up, and then set up the gaming consoles and confirm internet.   Then we can open the doors to our gamers!
